• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 banking hours during standard banking days.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagering activity on 747Games. Game-specific rules may apply and are displayed within the relevant game or betting market.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 747Games does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed, except in cases where 747Games determines that a technical error affected the bet.

• Each eligible player may claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once using multiple accounts is bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account closure.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must satisfy the stated wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) before they can be converted to withdrawable real money.

• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback for a legitimate transaction. Chargebacks may result in immediate account closure and legal action to recover funds.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use your 747Games account, regardless of your relationship with that person.

If your account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, 747Games reserves the right to withhold your balance pending investigation. If a violation is confirmed, forfeit balances may be used to offset any losses 747Games incurred as a result of the violation.
